PROFESSIONAL FEES & BILLING
In order to offer the best quality of care, Dr. Martínez is an out-of-network provider. This means that treatment protocols are personalized and not dictated by an insurance company. Helping patients afford treatment, however, is important. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits and I provide a coded invoice that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to determine out-of-network benefits.

Please contact me for session costs. It is possible that in instances of financial need, I will offer individual therapy services on a sliding scale. Fees associated with psychological assessment services are to be determined based on the individualized assessment plan.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Proper notice for a Monday session will need to be communicated by the end of business on the previous Friday. You will be responsible for the entire fee if a cancellation is less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Payment
I accept checks and all major credit cards and HSA cards as forms of payment.
